Refund Policy

Effective April 15, 2026

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work at PortaCourts.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to start a return. After 30 days, we unfortunately can't offer a refund or exchange.

Apparel and Accessories

Tees, crewnecks, quarter-zips, caps, visors, sunglasses, backpacks, duffels, and water bottles can be returned if they meet these conditions:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Original tags still attached
  • In the original packaging, if applicable

Paddles

Paddles can be returned within 30 days if they are unused. That means:

  • No ball marks or scratches
  • No signs of use or wear
  • Original packaging included

Courts and Large Equipment

Due to the size and nature of our portable courts and large equipment, we do not accept standard returns on these items. If you're having an issue with your court, please reach out to us and we'll work with you on a case-by-case basis to find a solution.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and confirm it meets our conditions:

  • You'll receive a full refund to your original payment method
  • Refunds typically process within 7-10 business days of us receiving the item
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we'll make it right. Contact us within 30 days and we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label and issue a full refund (including shipping). Please include photos of the damage when you reach out — it helps us speed things up.

Exchanges

Need a different size? We offer free exchanges for size swaps on apparel, subject to availability. Just email us and we'll get the right size headed your way.

How to Start a Return

Starting a return is easy:

  1. Email us at support@portacourts.com with your order number and reason for the return
  2. We'll reply with return instructions and a shipping address
  3. Ship the item back to us (you cover return shipping unless the item is damaged or defective)
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund
